The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Ûmîlà Qoga Mudâ's construction back out of the project. Giant Tardigrade pushed on reguardles, and Ûmîlà Qoga Mudâ was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Ûmîlà Qoga Mudâ was built using the conventions of Warrenese durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ûmîlà Qoga Mudâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Ûmîlà Qoga Mudâ is is constructed arround a series of premissive paverstone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The city sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The city's would-be-castle fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the city's defences.
Ûmîlà Qoga Mudâ has the unmistakable air of a city on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Ûmîlà Qoga Mudâ ’s existence has dried up and the city is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up.

Points of Interest
Ûmîlà Qoga Mudâ has been cursed with some blight that makes life difficult, albeit not impossible. An offended sorcerer's vengeful Working, an outraged god's wrath, a local distortion of the Legacy, or a simple history of bad feng shui in the area may have brought the curse about. I(devise not only the curse, but the reason why the locals haven't left for better lands).
Ûmîlà Qoga Mudâ is accessed from a nearby river via an intricate series of locks.
